Our beautiful condo has a few minor deficiencies, one of which is that the laundry area is on our back porch. After 18 months we finally got around to enclosing the laundry area. Thanks to Pat we'll have a professional quality wall and window.

Here's the wall at the end of day 2 from the inside. We spent most of day 2 trying to find a stud-nailer that would penetrate our concrete. The model we rented for $36 from Hertz didn't do the job; the Remington we bought at Home Depot for $20 did. sigh.
